Huge Congratulation to Phurba Wangchhu Sherpa who sets records with 15 times Mt Everest ascent. Phurba and his team summited the worlds heights mount Everest today morning Nepali time at 6:30 am. They were left from South col camp 4 (7911m) on 21 May at 9 pm. Under Phurba guidance all team safely made it and descending south col and tomorrow will back to Camp 2 (6530m) then back to base camp following days to re-united few day before back in Kathmandu.
Even Phurba was injured in his figure on descent from Camp 3 from rockfall on the Lhotse face while doing roatation, but after treatment at base camp and Lukla hospital, he went back to base camp again and never gave up to break his mission and look after the rest team as the head guide for the Everest summit.
Being a senior lead guide at Altitude Expeditions, Phurba Wangchhu Sherpa a native of Hill village (2315m) in Solukhumbu district, Nepal, he has dedicated his life to mountaineering and has become synonymous with the world’s highest peak. Born on 1975, he has started from trekking porter 2.5 years then trekking camping kitchen for 1.5 years then he developed a deep passion for trekking guide and climbing. His Mountaineering journey began from 2003. Now, he also conquered other mountains:- Lhotse 8516m, Manaslu 8163m, K2,8611m, Cho Oyu 8201m, Barutse, Himlung Himal Climb Ama-Dablam Expds, Climb Mera Peak, Climb Island peak, and East lobuche Peak Summit multiple time.
