The Manaslu Circuit Trek is  start to walk from 1200m to 5160m. There is a slow ascend every day so before crossing the highest pass, on the trek you will trek about 10-11 days and get enough acclimatization, which helps greatly with the altitude and will make it a lot easier. Ultimately, the Manaslu Circuit Trek is considered moderate level of trek, everyone can do these trek but might be difficult sometime due to its high altitude, remote terrain, and challenging weather conditions, especially during the crossing of the Larkya La Pass. Your must have well physical fitness and be able to walk up steep trails for 5-6 hours on average a day, which can extend to 8-9 hours on some days.
